In the highest part of Cascante is this baroque basilica built in the 17th century on the original medieval church that was devastated by fire. This place of worship together with the baroque arcaded gallery forms the true hallmark of the city.
To the historical and artistic value of the complex, is added the natural environment of Romero Park where the sanctuary is located. Built as a watchtower, it is an excellent vantage point for the Queiles valley and Moncayo.
The ethnographic museum in the house attached to the basilica is also worth visiting.
