Walk along part of the Jacobean route along the Baztán Way, the part of the St James Way that connects Bayona with Pamplona. It is a medieval pilgrimage route that crosses the Baztán valley from north to south, passing through numerous villages and the Urdax and Belate monasteries.
This route of great natural beauty is not without its difficulties, especially in the passes of Otsondo and Belate. In total there are 6 stages totalling 102 km which can be covered between 4 and 6 days. Along the way there are numerous pilgrim hostels and other accommodation.
