Also known as Alkaxuri, Irubelakaskoa is a beautiful 955 m-high peak that stands on the northern edge of the Baztán Valley. It contrasts with the surrounding mountains, which have smoother and more rounded shapes.
It is a quiet and attractive place for any nature lover. Under its slopes is a Nature Reserve, which protects a natural alder grove, a rare and singular forest in Navarre. Opposite is also the Itxusi rocks reserve.
Access: You can take a trip from the Itzulegi mountains.
